Every summer skin on the hands gets red and itchy. Small boils pop up. The boils cured after monsoon started but left behind black spots. Any remedy to get rid of the spots and prevent this next summer?

Greetings. You seem to have polymorphic light eruptions. However, I could confirm the diagnosis only after looking at the lesions. Kindly use strict sun protection measures like using full arm clothing, using caps / hats and regular use of sunscreen. Also for healing of lesions you'll need other medications.
