To me it appears infected prickly heat take care avoid excessive sweating take bath twice use loose fit cotton clothes you can apply Abzorb dusting powder during day time 2 to 3 time at night apply Calchill lotion .try to lie down more on your stomach.if more itching and pain you can use allegra120 once daily and paracetamol if unbearable pain.
