  3. Size of scrotum. Is still small in size?

I had a operation of hernia 2 years back. Doctor told me that size of scrotum will come in normal size within 2 to 3 months. But its 2 year now but its is still small in size

Hi after hernia operations size of the scrotum increases due to acute conditions like orchitis,seroma etc it will not decrease....it may be due to some other problems kindly consult surgeon they will guide you further
