Size of ovary to regularise period & pre

Asked for Female, 28 Years

Currently my RO-4.0*2.0*3.3cm. LO-4.8*1.9*2.5cm. Shows multiple small peripherally a located cysts. I have irregular periods. What should be the right size of ovary to regularise period and to get pregnant. Getting blad too. What r the steps to be taken to get into the right size and stop the baldness.
