Sir , i have mind dizziness its gone for months and it suddenly started again after i overthink on something and i consult neurology and he gave me tablet Betavert 8mg 20 tablet thrice daily any tips pliz help

Betavert is good drug for vertigo. There are other medications available if you don’t get symptomatic relief
