I have dust alergy and continuos cold for last 15 days. Now I have severe head ache when I cough and salty saliva in mouth at that time and feeling like difficult to breath at that time. And the mild head is permanent for last 4 days.

Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
As of now, i would suggest you take a tab. Paracetamol 500mg thrice a day after food.
Have warm and soft diet.
Drink plenty of fluids and have warm water.
Take steam inhalations thrice a day.
This much should be enough and this much only you can do at home. But if the problem still persists, then consult a general physician in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards.
