I have done HRCT in jan/18. I have done cbc,esr 20 day ago. PMT,TMT 4 month ago. In past 6 month I got 8 to 10 time tiny blood steaks with dry cough .according to dr I have sinutisis and acute bronchitis . according to all reports it's fine but I m not sure about it what is exact reason. I have dry cough not severe I goes away with medication but it occurs when I got cold and it's happening from past 8 month . Plz guide me in proper way . I m afraid of some serious disease due to this I have clinical depression and I m loosing my Heath. Please see attached image of dry cough with tiny blood. Thanks in advance.

There are many causes for recurrent cough such as allergic airway disorder, post viral cough which is common type of dry cough syndrome after an attack of viral upper respiratory tract infection, reflux laryngopharyngitis etc. Treatment depends on identifying cause for your problem. Blood in sputum may be because of forceful coughing itself
