Within 1 week pain was gone however nose congestion was still there...i am still suffering from it..mucus and cough are repetitive..My one nose hole remains blocked and colour of mucus is Light Yellow. I am getting relief slowly however i would like to know if this is turning into CHRONIC SINUSUTIS .? I am currently taking SWICH CV 325 .. NASAL SPRAY & WIKORYL are they right medication?

Care AI Shimmer
Yes. From your symptoms you seem to be having Chronic Rhinosinusitis. You are on correct medication as present and should complete the course as suggested by your doctor.
Next Steps
If the symptoms persist after 2 months, even after taking the medicines, please get a Non Contrast CT Scan of your Nose and Paranasal Sinuses. The extent of disease and further line of management will be determined from it.
Health Tips
Nasal Douche with Saline drops or spray will help a lot. Do the nasal wash 3-4 times daily. You can try steam inhalation as well...it gives some relief.
