diagnosis of sinusitis or technically called as chronic rhinosinusitis is diagnosed by examination of nose, endoscopy of nose and CT SCAN of nose and sinuses. diagnosis will cost you depending on what all tests surgeon seeks. once diagnosed either you can give trial of medicines or you can go ahead with endoscopic sinus surgery
