Sinusitis and urinary inf. Remedy.

Hi doctor, I am having a nose block for the last 10 days, no sneezing or running nose. Extremely dry sinus , dry eyes,dry mouth, headaches. I had seen a doctor and was given Clavam 1g twice daily, mucinac 600 mg thrice daily and otrinoz drops. There has been no improvement even after completing the course of medicine.Now I am running high temperature, have burning sensation while passing urine, have severe abdominal pain in the Left, and frequency of stools has increased to 5-6 times a day. I also have gas, and I am extremely tired and exhausted.Unable to get off the bed and get to work. I am unable to drive or take the bus since the jerkiness is killing my abdomen. Kindly suggest a suitable remedy.
