Sinus with body pain

I have been diagnosed with bilateral maxillary and frontal sinus wity hypertrophy of nasal mucosa. i am suffering from right side arm and shpulder and leg pain with right side headaches. s can sinus cause body pain too . Like in my case. So how to treat it
