I'm not able to control dust. Sneezing, if I run little far I'm getting cough and not able to breath also. I'm getting sound while breathing at nite sticky cough.

You seem to be suffering from allergic airway disease. This condition can be effectively managed by use of antihistamine tablets, steroid nasal sprays and inhaler depending on severity of condition. Consult nearby ENT specialist or allergy specialist for evaluation and treatment
