Single Male, 34 with ED treatment
Hello, I am 34 single Male guy facing issues with what looks like ED to me. Never been in sexual relation with female, my experience is based on masturbation result. Basically after watching porn when I go to ejaculate then it finishes in 15-20 sec. Reason for not getting married till now is not because of this but because of other family problems but now I plan to get married but not sure how will I perform with a real girl sexually. In one of my blood tests on 15th Mar 2014, my TESTOSTERONE level were 296.73 ng/dl, and then on 29th Jan 2016 it came to 327.31 ng/dl. Don't have any latest test result. I don't have BP or diabetes. I have been masturbating since 17, it once or twice thing in a week now. I have Phimosis and my penis is small. Went to a urologist to clear my doubts, he suggested Arginine powder. I didn't try it as I want to do all natural and only Ayurvedic solution first. Pls guide if I should do something on my own first and then go to some experience ayurvedic doctor

There is no need to get worried about how you will perform at sex. Many youth compare themselves to porn actors of whom they see clips everyday. Testosterone levels also dont matter. If you are having sexual desire, have erection and can masturbate it means you are okay to have sex with a woman. I understand your anxiety but one must get inspired to know more about our body than get worried about reports
Next Steps
If you feel like marrying, go ahead and get married. Your wife would be a novice too and both of you can explore the world of each other learning from each other, teaching each other. Marriage is about cohabitation and not about showing prowess.
