I've been diagnosed with salient reflux after the endoscopy of my throat. I had red lines in my throat that were dilated vessels due to granular pharyngitis which is almost fine now but there is a feeling of some mass in my throat and at times pain near the collar bone. I feel dizziness at times too due to that only. I read at internet that silent reflux cannot be cured for long term, I am taking neksium 40 since 1 month and have been adviced to take it for 1 more month. Will I get fine ever? I am eating small meals and avoiding spices and eating 2 hours before going to bed and also taking neksium hour before my dinner. I am just 25 right now and don't want to get any long term illness at such young age.
