Side effect handling of sildenafil.
I am 35 year old, Last week I took a Tadafil- 50 mg ,as I hv performance anxiety. The medicine worked fine. The next day was very bad for me had severe headache, nausea and back ache.
I m going on vacation next week, what are ur recommendation so that my vacation doesn't spoil and I have good time too.
