Sick. Diarrhoea. Sore stomach.
I’ve been sick and not stoping at all, I’ve tried my hardest to do everything I can and now I have a huge stomach out, but didn’t force the puke to come out I’m so worried about what it could be but at the end of the day, I want to know what it could be because I’ve also had the poops as well with the sick but I don’t think it’s sickness and diarrhoea:(

It isn't possible to come to a specific diagnosis with the history alone. Kindly have ORS supplementation all day. Kindly visit a MD general medicine so that you can be evaluated and undergo investigations such as stool examination to find the underlying cause of the problem and have it corrected. These following steps may help: - Avoid spicy, oily , fried and junk food - Have a liquid diet of soups and juices and slowly increase to a solid diet based on how you can tolerate it. Don't skip meals. - Drink 3 liters of water on a regular basis - Limit coffee, tea and carbonated drinks to just once a day - Avoid/Stop smoking and drinking if you have the habit.
