Shoulder pain
Hi , my mother in law has pain in the shoulder and near cheast from last 2 days. Please see the ECG and CWC test report attached. Kindly advise

Hi, no significant Urgent abnormality in the ecg or the blood reports. You need to give more details regarding the chest pain. Reports need to be correlated clinically.  Secondly  regarding ECG  there is 60-70 percent chances that mothers heart is not functioning/pumping well. For this you should ideally repeat the ecg after 12 hrs and then have an echo done. There seems no urgency for echo. But get an ecg done atleast, if the pain has not subsided. You can consult online for detailed information and solution.
