Shoulder pain
Hello to my senior doctors in app.I'm a mbbs graduate right now working in admin section.my mom is having shoulder pain. I suspected it to be rotator cuff injury.so I gave her zerodol and rantac tablets along with b complex.she is taking for two days,if it doesn't settle in five days,how should I proceed?

rotator cuff tear is rare, periarthritis is commoner, consult orthopedic surgeon get evaluated by clinical examination , if it is so physiotherapy will solve the problem
