  4. Shoulder nerve pull pain. Or nerves?

Shoulder nerve pull pain
I have pain in right shoulder when i turn my head leftwards and stretch it . Also i have pain when i put my head on an elevated pillow. Sometimes the pain comes during some postures. Please help me if this problem is related to bone / muscle or nerves?

Its due to cervical disc most probably needs evaluaton
