Shoulder mobility
Had a dislocation ij right shoulder about 3 months ago.Having difficulty with movement as I feel tissues not reacting to movements properly.I need tto give my shoulder a jerk or a stretch everytime I wwant to fell comfortable.How do I get rid off this tenderness?
