  3. Shoulder and elbow pain. Please advise.

Shoulder and elbow pain
For the last 4 months I am having slight pain in the left shoulder during movement. Recently left elbow pains sometimes. What could be the cause. Please advise.

Hello Sir, As the age advances, the regular wear and tear of the bones occur which causes pain while moving the joint. However just to rule out any major cause, you can undergo a X Ray of both the joints. Usually performing exercises help in such cases and the pain is relieved.
