Should I remove the implant or not

Asked for Male, 27 Years

I got an implant placed in my right thigh 2years ago and the doctor told me to remove after 2years or leave it forever. but some people or advising to remove the implant as it will create problems in future and some are telling not to as there chances of getting fractured again.
