Should I get a Rs 50,000 skin treatment?

I am set to get married between November and March. I have acne-related problems, large pores and black spots.I went to a popular skin clinic recently, they checked my skin and suggested laser treatment and chemical peels worth 50,000. That's a lot of money. I was wondering if there's any other way to go. Is Ayurveda useful?
