Shortness of Breathing (Upper Airway)
Hello Doctor, For introduction, my name is Mustafa, from Malaysia. For the last 2 years, I've been having difficulty in breathing (shortness of breath) especially when I do something that requires extra energy. And it produces wheezing sounds, and i can feel the wheezing sound and shortness of breathing come from the upper airway. The wheezing sound is more obvious during exhalation. The feeling of tighness at the throat is always there, consistently, either chronic or not.

Hi. I understand your concern s. You will need to undergo a detailed examination and investigation like chest x ray and pulmonary function test which is needed for the diagnosis. Consult a pulmonologist for the same.
