Shortness of Breath
I seep and suddenly wake up feel shortness of breath and heart palpilation and nasuea feeling when i change position and sit on bed its went away what is the cause i saw this symptoms for while i am also having a gastritis issues what to do ahead.

Hiii.. This can be due to your gastritis.. Need further details about h/o DM/ hypertension.. And any other symp like giddiness / vomiting/ chest pain. Tab. Cintodac once daily for 10 days ( b/f)

Needs a detailed evaluation. There are two possibilities 1. Gastritis as you mentioned 2. Heart problem which needs detailed evaluation. Any addictions like smoking / alcohol H/o Diabetes pr Hypertension
