Shortness of breath
Hi, I noticed recently that i have problem in breathing, 2 floor up and I start panting, during cricket i don't even bowl an over and i am out of breath. Also I have frequent leg pain. FYI: I used to be a chain smoker.

In view of your history of smoking, the breathlessness could be most likely related to heart disease or lung disease. As heart disease can be life threatening, first meet a cardiologist and get appropriate investigations done as advised by him to rule out a heart problem.
