My wife feels like right eye contraction, I mean she feels difficult to open her eye continuously and feeling shooting pain in head on right side,this is first time ,is it migraine ,which medicine can she have to get rid of shooting pain?

Tab grenil twice a day for 5 days Tab flunarin 10mg at bed time for 5 days
Next Steps
If pain not controlled by above tablets get an mri if brain done
