I am having shivering fever, chills during fever, headache, sore and itchy throat, vomiting, mild abdominal pain, joints and full body pain, watery eyes, coughing from last 24 hours

Hi
Fever with chills, headache, joint pain along with pain in abdomen, itchy throat indicates a viral infection.
It needs to be further evaluated by blood work up.
Treatment mainly includes Analgesics, anti pyretics and antibiotics.
