Today is the 9th day is in hospital. she is taking tazobactum 3 g & ceftriaxone 1 g and amikacin sulphate 3 inj each. For diet nutriflex and oral liquid. Todays investigation - TLC- 18800 and nutropholis 77. What is the best treatment for this?

hello.for sjs treatment is mainly supportive and symptomatic. .iv  fluids;  nutritional  support;    air fluid  bedding required in picu. broad spectrum antibiotics along with iv immunoglobulin in earlier cases is very much helpful.ophthalmologic consultation is needed.eye care is very important. oral cavity lesions should be managed with mouth wash. antibiotics  like piperacillin tazobactam along with linezolid are helpful..
