hello.for sjs treatment is mainly supportive and symptomatic. .iv fluids; nutritional support; air fluid bedding required in picu. broad spectrum antibiotics along with iv immunoglobulin in earlier cases is very much helpful.ophthalmologic consultation is needed.eye care is very important. oral cavity lesions should be managed with mouth wash. antibiotics like piperacillin tazobactam along with linezolid are helpful..
