She has dry cough
Hi . She is 3.4 years old. She has dry cough for last 2 days . Last 2 nights ahe didn't sleep proper. Continue 3 hours sha had dry cough. Can you please help me on that.she had a cough but it's very connected to throat. She tried but not able to come out . Main is most of the time dry cough.
