My hand shakes beyond my control. It's always in a rhythm with my Hart. I am 23 can you suggest something.and because of over typing on phone I have severe pain my hands as in carpal tunnel.thank you

Hello.. Well do you take alcohol? Do you have any thyroid issues? Any salbutamol medications you are taking? These are the coming causes of tremors...we need to examine you to help you better . well about pain in hands and about carpal tunnel I suggest you to consult an orthopaedician
