What precautions can be taken for :75. What is the reason for this high than normal range . I had done this report since I was feeling dizzy n weak

There are multiple causes. Even a fever, any recent drug intake etc can raise the SGPT. Do send the pic of the complete report. Repeat test after one week to look for the trend.

SGPT increase due to liver function problem or swelling in liver. Take tablet hepa merz twice a day.  if your TLC is increased then take gudcef 200 twice a day.
