Sexual Weakness. My life energy somehow.

I have severe weakness in my body. After masturbation or sex I feel weak so much that it feels as if I am going to collapse. I cant speak clearly my thoughts aren't clear to me and i mumble a lot of what I say, I have trouble coordinating even opening a door seems hard sometimes. After sex nails feel weak from cuticle and there is pain in the nails. I get weird headaches and tingling in my head and feel these twitches in my whole body. Sometime vision becomes blurry from one eye, head feels numb after doing some hard task like lifting something heavy. I am unmarried and already feel weak, its effecting my work, my relationship and I feel demotivated all the time. I haven't had a drink or smoke since last year. I am unsure if i will be able to live a normal life or if I could ever get married. I feel like I am loosing my life energy somehow.
