Night falls are a natural phenomena. But when we start having night falls more than 4-5 times a monthï¼ then there is a problem. We start feeling weaknessï¼ tirednessï¼ etc.. Do not take milk after 3 pm. Try to avoid non-vegï¼ spicyï¼ fried & chilly food. Do not watch pornography materials. Take good healthy dietï¼ do exercise & yoga daily. Take tab.
