Actually one day I slept with my sister and when I woke up in the middle of the night then I look my sister's and sexual thoughts are coming in my mind about my sister. I don't have the intention to look my sister but the sexual thought is automatically coming in my mind.Then my family members came to know about this matter and all my family members are hating me.
I am suffering from OCD and taking sertralin200 mg tab Daily.
I told my family members I have mentally problem but they are not understanding and everybody hating me in my family.
Can anyone explain me why I have sexual thought about my sister?
