for masterbation: You must understand that excess of everything is bad. Same is true with masturbation. Control masturbition. Dont do more than a once in a week otherwise it may cause some weakness. You may take cap. Shilajit & tab. Chandraprabha bhati. One tab. Each morning & evening & also take dhatu paushtik churan one spoon morning & evening. All 3 with hot milk for 3-4 months.

Masturbation is common and safe method of sexual gratification if its done in a correct method, frequency and without guilt or yielding to misconceptions of semen loss. Many people think wrongly that sperm ejaculation in this act causes weakness, impotency or memory problems are not correct. Don't do the masturbatory act to finish it in quickly to avoid detection by others etc. Such wrong practice may produce Premature Ejaculation (PE) problem on long run.

It is safe as long as it is not addictive. As long as it doesn't interfere with your routine life. It causes no bodily harm and is a expression off your sexuality. So don't worry about it.
