I used masturbate since 21 age, not regularly... but some times , at that time I can with stand my erection for long time but now I got married and during intercourse I am unable to control my ejection and discharging in 1 or 2 min. I am not happy with my sexual life please help me..

.. Hi premature ejaculation could be due to many reasons. Anxiety being the most. So first try relaxation techniques and distraction method. Then try to cut down on any habits like alcohol, smoking or drugs. This will help. . If the above conservative measure do not help kindly consult a psychiatrist for medical therapy.
