Sir i am test western blot all band is negative but serum control ban reactive what do u mean hiv1 seronegative and hiv2 not indicate

it all means your blood doesn't has HIV 1. HIV2 USUALLY not seen in India. Western blot test therefore has not commented upon. Control blood test is done with somebody having HIV for comparison. so don't look into control sample.
