I am having erectile dysfunction and my sperm is also very watery. I have bought vasant kasumkaras, makardhwaj, sweet musli and Ashwagandha for consumption and i bought shree gopal oil. How to have the medicine and how to apply the oil. Can you suggest me something on my diet also. Thank you. Please advise in detail.
