Sexual problem
Hi, I am 25 years old IT professional. I think I have a small size penis (4") with lack of stamina and I don't get sexually attractive for opposite Sex, however some time feel some hormonal rush for same Sex. I also find Erectile issue, might be ED, and premature ejaculation. My family is now asking me for marriage, but I don't know if I will be able to have a better Sex life with my partner. (my family doesn't know about this). my family has planned marriage next year. Please suggest what should I do? Regards

I would suggest you to consult nearest psychiatrist with detailed history and for clinical examination and discuss your issues with them they will guide you properly...Erectile dysfunction may be due to many causes as many physiologic, hormonal, and psychogenic factors are involved in the ability to obtain and maintain erections... most of the times it will be psychological but other conditions like diabetes, hypertension, hormonal imbalances and intake of certain drugs can be the cause so these should be ruled out..treatment mainly depends upon underlying cause if its psychogenic counseling with psychiatrist with meditation, yoga etc will help...they may prescribe certain medication as well to maintain erections..if its orgainic cause it should be dealt accordingly
