Hello sir since 2006 I m suffering from nightfall problem till now almost 12 years I have excessively masturbated for 1 year like 2 to 3 times a day for 1 year after that the night fall problem started and semen used to come out in watery form if I had any conversation with a girl like I talk  for 1 hr the watery semen will come out continuously until it stop.and now semen comes out from urine in small globule from like water drops in semisolid form every time I urinate or incidentally see any adult scene on TV it comes out in round semisolid  globule form .due to this my memory is completely lost hairfall very weak body vision problem vein are swollen on both side of penis..always shrinks very frequent urination..pls... pls..pls.. pls...help me...
