We both are 20 years old. We had unprotected sex in pull and pray method. But we suspect that some drops of watery sperm may went inside during intercourse. Will it cause pregnancy and how much quantity of watery semen leads to pregnancy??

Even a drop can lead to pregnancy. It's better to confirm by urine test.
