This have happen to me twice as i can remember. When ever after having long sexual intercourse with a woman, right after i notice blood in my left ear. This happen two time. The first was after a long sex that i notice blood in my ear and the second was when i strain myself to ejaculate 3 times in 4 hours time...... How can i fix this problem
