Hii . I promised my self that I will masturbate till actual sexual intercourse .and last 20 days I am not masturbated .night am not getting sleep because my penis is erecting and exited but I am controlling my self because of promise.i want to marry immediately .how can I convince to my parents. I am so exited of actual intercourse.in night simply I will make few strokes with my hand and I will stop but I am not edjaculating. Because of the self promise what can I do .I am not having girl frnd what can I do to control
