Sexual disorder
I have sexual disorder for that i have taken
medicine all type like allopathy and ayurveda
but for some time my hormone comes at
normal but after that they again goes to low
level expect all sex issues like premature
ejaculation and erectile distinction weakness
after sex those still there,
Now I fed up with medicines, so planning to
take Shilajit and Ashwagandha ,should I take
those and if yes then how to take them for how
long, can I take both together.
Other issues I can handle till my marriage but
that weakness after sex with my gf or
Masaturation haunting me.
Please help
