In ED, it's important to find out the cause because sometimes it may be because of serious illness like heart disease, diabetes etc. Please get your organs checked by doctor. Check blood for testosterone, sugar and lipid profile. Take medicines ONLY after consulting doctor. Avoid smoking and control weight. Try Kegel exercise.
