Sir my problems is very very serious .when I see any girls in front of me ,my body vibrate and my penis rise up and release lot of sperm .My hand and all my body is full of unwanted hair .my age is 15 year old and myboard exam is going .this problem disturbe me and move my mind to watch sexy vedio I also forget my all the leason and answer . sir or ma'am please adive me like your own son .and give yoga ,exercise ,fruit and vegetables name .please give advise immediately
