Severe shivering of hands
I face severe shivers in hands. My hands start to shiver almost terribly sometimes and heartbeats go on increasing rapidly. It also happens sometimes that I find it hard to breathe normally.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. There are a lot of probable causes for these symptoms like stress, fear, anxiety, dietary deficiencies, thyroid dysfunction, hormonal imbalances, etc. Have a high protein diet, lots of greens , vegetables and fruits along with one capsule gibkoba-m once a day after food. That will take care of the dietary deficiency part. Get your thyroid level evaluated. On an empty stomach in early morning get a blood test done for T3 T4 and TSH. Consult a physician with reports for further management. Best regards. Dr. Anil Kumar Jain.
