Severe scalp dandruff
Small moist patches of scalp come off when combing hair that has few hair follicles attached to it. Scalp gets very itchy and oily second day after wash. What steps must be taken to cure this? And is the hair loss of this form temporary or permanent?

Hi You seem to be having seborrhoeic dermatitis. This condition which is common and recurring can cause significant hair loss if not treated. Please try a zinc pyrithrone shampoo for regular use. If not better you may need oral anti fungal tablets and creams. Please contact a dermatologist who can examine you and prescribe the appropriate skin care products.
