Severe Red Skin Rash
I have a red itchy rash all over my hands, feet, and elbows. Sometimes with cold weather or when the weather turns suddenly warm it gets worse. I have been to a doctor, she gave it a quick look and said it was atheletes feet, and sent in the sample from my skin. The lab came back negative for atheletes feet. I came in again for a diabetic testing and I don't have diabetes.   I'm very frustrated at this point it is very itchy and red. I can send pictures if possible, it would probably be a lot easier to diagnose.

This is not athlete s foot or fungal infection. You are having psoriasis. Psoriasis is an inflammatory condition which can be treated. Please send me further details of your treatment for detailed prescription. Do not apply soap on that area. Please don't self treat with steorid tablets or other medication.
